Dr Harry Somaraju is an Author, Researcher, and Personal Transformation Facilitator. For nearly a quarter century he has been an avid meditator and a devoted practitioner of heart-rate variability biofeedback (HRVB).
After successfully navigating the wild seas of sales, management, and business across pharmaceuticals, mortgages, and real estate for three and a half decades, Dr Somaraju decided to chart a new course into the realms of academia. He obtained a PhD in psychology investigating mindfulness.
During his doctoral work he realized that the methods people were using to combat anxiety and stress weren’t providing long-lasting relief. He intuited that combining meditation with HRVB could be the key to solving this puzzle. He developed a protocol, the Holistic Approach to Sustained Happiness in 60 days (HASH60) that seamlessly combines meditation and HRVB into a potent tool to not only alleviate psychological distress but also nurture enduring happiness. Anxiety to Ahh-mazing in 60 days chronicles his journey.
Dr Somaraju lives in Melbourne with his wife and near his children and grandchildren.
